It seems that the sexy actress is taking her looks too seriously. According to the sources, the actress, who has been on this major crash diet to look absolutely perfect for a bikini scene in Tashan, has actually stopped eating a few days before the shooting of the sequence in Greece. Kareena who was surviving on her ‘only orange juice diet` collapsed on the sets sparking off concern about her health. Her grueling shooting schedule proved to be too much for her. But the actress has brushed aside the incidents as a minor health scare and resumed shooting later on. Kareena who has reduced her weight to 48 kg with a waistline of 23 inches, has raised serious concerns about anorexia but the actress insists that she is healthy and has credited yoga and balanced eating to her weight loss. Well, Kareena`s health might be a serious concern for her fans but one guy who`s going ga –ga over her current super slim avatar is, Tashan Producer Aditya Chopra. Apparently he has also complimented Kareena for her current look. Well, we just hope that Kareena`s hard work pays off!
